We guarantee that you will get good quality products from us which we customized just for you. Understandably, all sales are final for personalized items except if we send you totally different from what you ordered. In this nature, we cannot resell anything that we customized for you, the fact is that this is requested by you and in your own liking. We hope you understand our part. We suggest to please be very decisive and descriptive when asking for a customization. We want nothing but the best products for you. Your satisfaction is highly valued by us. In some cases, if the return is valid and approved, refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S.A. As of now, we only ship in the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. You can also see as you put the item on the cart, the shipping fees are flat rate. If you have any questions, please let us know at anytime.
